Late Policy:

I understand traffic can be a bear, I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn't cause me to run late for the next appointment. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax, not feel stressed or rushed. Did you know that removing stress for 1 hour provides you with a ton of anti-aging skin healing benefits.

Cancellation Policy:

I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring my 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. this allows time for me to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24 hours, I will try my best to fill the space with a client from my wait list. Unfortunately, if I'm unable to fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Now, I am not stickler- everyone gets a free "oops" pass.
